These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the website maisonv.com (the "Site") and your engagement with the experiences, events, and consulting services offered by Maison V Group LLC ("Maison V", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Site, joining our mailing list, or booking or participating in any Maison V experience, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

Maison V designs and delivers curated experiences centered on wine, sake, and travel, including:

• Travel Collection experiences — thoughtfully designed journeys for small, intimate groups, led by a Maison V Founder, Master Sommelier, or Sake Scholar, in destinations including France and Japan;
• Provenance Sessions — Maison V-designed tasting and storytelling experiences;
• Events — hosted tastings, dinners, and gatherings;
• Travel by Design (bespoke consulting) — itinerary design, tastings, dining, accommodation, and booking services for private travellers and custom groups (together, the "Services").

The Services involve wine and sake. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction — and in any event 21 or older to participate in experiences in the United States, and of legal drinking age in the destination country (for example, 18 in France and 20 in Japan) — to book or participate in any experience involving alcohol. We may request proof of age at any time. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, any third party. You must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content except as permitted under Section 4;
• use automated tools to extract data from the Site without our prior written consent;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at our discretion where these Terms are breached.

All content on the Site — including text, images, photography, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names (including "Maison V"), itinerary designs, experience formats (including Provenance Sessions), and the overall look and feel — is owned by or licensed to Maison V Group LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including commercial use, reproduction, modification, or distribution — requires our prior written permission.

• All experiences, events, and consulting engagements are subject to availability.
• A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received.
• Details set out in your booking confirmation or a separate experience agreement (dates, inclusions, pricing, deposit and balance schedule, and any experience-specific terms) form part of your contract with us and prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
• We may decline any enquiry or booking at our discretion.

• Prices are quoted at the time of enquiry or booking and are stated in the currency indicated in your confirmation.
• Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include flights, travel insurance, visas, personal expenses, or items not expressly listed as inclusions.
• Unless otherwise stated, for Travel by Design (consulting) services, the fee includes only the design of the itinerary and options; bookings, reservations, and the cost of any third-party services (accommodation, transport, tastings, dining, and similar) are not included and are payable separately.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Fora Travel. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the charges associated with your booking.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a material error affects a confirmed booking, we will offer you the choice to pay the correct price or cancel with a full refund of amounts paid for that booking.

Cancellation terms, including any deposit forfeiture and refund schedule, will be set out in your booking confirmation or experience agreement. Unless stated otherwise there:

• requests to cancel or change a booking must be sent in writing to maison@maisonv.com;
• refunds, where applicable, will exclude non-recoverable costs already committed to third-party providers (accommodation, transport, tastings, venues).

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation, medical, and repatriation coverage.

Curated experiences depend on partners, seasons, and conditions. We may make reasonable substitutions of comparable quality (for example, a vineyard, venue, or expert host) where necessary. If we materially change or cancel a confirmed experience for reasons other than force majeure or your breach of these Terms, we will offer you, at your choice, a comparable alternative or a refund of amounts paid for the affected experience. We are not responsible for your incidental costs (such as flights or visas) unless required by applicable law.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, acts of government, travel restrictions, or failures of third-party suppliers. In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule, substitute, or provide credit or refunds of recoverable amounts.

By booking or participating in an experience, you agree to:

• provide accurate information, including dietary requirements, allergies, medical or accessibility needs, and valid identity or passport details where required;
• hold valid travel documents (passport, visas) and comply with entry, health, and customs requirements of destination countries — these are your responsibility;
• behave respectfully toward hosts, partners, venues, and other guests; we may exclude a participant whose conduct endangers safety or materially disrupts an experience, without refund, where reasonable;
• consume alcohol responsibly and comply with local laws at all times.

Experiences may involve travel, walking on uneven terrain (vineyards, cellars, breweries), tastings, and other physical activities. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate and for disclosing relevant health conditions in advance. To the extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the inherent risks of travel and tasting activities.

Certain elements of experiences (accommodation, transport, restaurants, venues, guides) are provided by independent third parties. While we select partners with care, those providers are responsible for their own services, and your contract for such elements may be directly with them. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

Travel by Design engagements (itinerary design, tastings, dining, accommodation, and booking support) will be governed by a separate statement of work or engagement letter, which will set out scope, fees, and deliverables. Unless otherwise stated, the Travel by Design fee covers only the design of the itinerary and options (see Section 6). These Terms apply to consulting engagements except where the engagement document states otherwise.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site, and we may modify or withdraw Site content at any time. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Maison V shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or the Services;
• our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a booking shall not exceed the total amounts you paid to Maison V for that booking;
• nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Some jurisdictions (including certain EU consumer protections and US state laws) do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions, the above applies only to the extent permitted, and consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights.

You agree to indemnify Maison V against losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or breach.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Site uses cookies as described in the Privacy Policy and cookie banner.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., New York/Delaware], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert County/State], except that consumers residing in jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protections (including the EU and UK) retain the right to bring proceedings in, and benefit from the laws of, their country of residence. Before commencing any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by contacting maison@maisonv.com.

• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with your booking confirmation, any experience or engagement agreement, and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Maison V regarding the Services.
• Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
• No waiver — failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment — you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign in connection with a business transfer.
• Changes to these Terms — we may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes affecting confirmed bookings will not apply retroactively without your consent.
