TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Travel Collection

Hosted Wine & Cultural Travel Experiences

Effective Date: 13 February 2026


1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a deposit or making payment with Queen of Clubs or our appointed Destination Management Company (DMC)  toward any Maison V Group LLC experience (“Experience”), each participant acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

No reservation is confirmed until the required deposit is received and written confirmation is issued.


2. Role of Maison V Group LLC

Maison V Group LLC (“Maison V”) acts solely as a curator, travel advisor, and host of group travel experiences.

Maison V does not own, operate, manage, or control transportation providers, lodging facilities, restaurants, wineries, vineyards, vessels, guides, activity venues, or other suppliers referenced in the itinerary.

All services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.


3. Independent Contractors & Third-Party Responsibility

All suppliers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Maison V.

Maison V shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, delay, injury, loss, damage, accident, or irregularity caused by any third party.


4. Transportation

Transportation services are operated by licensed third-party providers.

Participants acknowledge inherent risks associated with travel by motor vehicle or vessel and agree that Maison V shall not be liable for transportation-related incidents.


5. Alcohol Service & Responsible Conduct

Experiences include structured wine tastings and alcohol service.

Participants acknowledge:

  • Alcohol consumption carries inherent risks.
  • They are responsible for monitoring their own consumption.
  • They must comply with venue policies and applicable law.
  • Service may be refused.

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption. 

Maison V shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, or incident arising from voluntary alcohol consumption.


6. Assumption of Risk – Activities

Experiences may include walking tours, vineyard visits, cellar environments, outdoor terrain, boat transport, and other activities involving inherent risks.

Participants voluntarily assume all such risks and accept responsibility for their physical fitness and participation.


7. Health & Medical Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
  • Carrying required medications.
  • Obtaining adequate medical insurance.

Maison V does not provide medical services and assumes no responsibility for medical outcomes.


8. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies

Participants are solely responsible for communicating, in writing and in advance, any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical sensitivities.

Maison V does not prepare food or control kitchen environments.

Participants acknowledge risks of cross-contamination and assume all risks related to food and beverage consumption.

Maison V shall not be liable for allergic reactions or food-related illness.


9. Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation, medical, evacuation, and liability coverage.

Maison V is not responsible for losses arising from cancellation, illness, injury, or interruption.


10. Participant Travel Arrangements & Entry Requirements

Participants are solely responsible for arranging transportation to and from the designated meeting point.

Participants are responsible for:

  • Valid passports and visas
  • Compliance with immigration and entry regulations
  • Health documentation requirements
  • Maison V shall not be responsible for denied boarding, visa issues, missed departures, or regulatory noncompliance.


11. Missed Departure

Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time shall be deemed a missed departure.

No refunds, credits, or adjustments shall be provided for missed departures due to travel delays, personal scheduling errors, or regulatory issues.


12. Minimum Participant Requirement

Experiences may be subject to a minimum participant requirement.


If minimum enrollment is not met, Maison V reserves the right to cancel the Experience and provide a refund of payments made. No further liability shall attach.


13. Itinerary Changes & Substitutions

All experiences, venues, accommodations, producers, and hosts are subject to availability.

Maison V reserves the right to substitute comparable experiences, venues, accommodations, or hosts if necessary due to operational, safety, or force majeure circumstances.

Such substitutions shall not constitute a breach of contract.


14. Force Majeure

Maison V shall not be liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public health events
  • Strikes
  • Political unrest
  • Supplier insolvency
  • Transportation disruptions
  • No refunds shall be owed for force majeure events.


15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison V’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the Experience.


Maison V shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury or death
  • Property loss or damage
  • Emotional distress
  • Alcohol-related incidents
  • Transportation-related incidents
  • Third-party supplier acts or omissions
  • Consequential or incidental damages

16. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maison V from any claim arising from:

  • Their conduct
  • Alcohol consumption
  • Undisclosed medical or dietary conditions
  • Violation of laws or venue policies


DISPUTE RESOLUTION

17. Mandatory Mediation

Any dispute shall first be submitted to confidential mediation in Delaware before a mutually agreed mediator.


18. Binding Arbitration

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.


The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.


19. Waiver of Jury Trial

Participants waive any right to trial by jury in any proceeding arising out of these Terms & Conditions.


20. Class Action Waiver

Participants agree that any claims shall be brought solely in their individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.


21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.


Any court proceeding permitted under this agreement shall be brought exclusively in Delaware state or federal courts.


Participants consent to jurisdiction and venue.
